All sales made through SlimeDookie Online are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or provide refunds for any products purchased through our website.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No refunds will be issued.

  • No exchanges will be be provided for sizing, fit, color preference, buyer's remorse, or accidental purchases.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, and order details before completing their purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at slimedookie@slimedookie.online.

To process your claim, we may require:

  • Your order number.

  • Photographs of the item.

  • Photographs of the packaging.

At our sole discretion, we may provide a replacement item or other appropriate resolution.

Shipping Issues

SlimeDookie Online is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid order that was delivered and fulfilled in accordance with our policies may be considered a violation of these terms. SlimeDookie Online reserves the right to provide order documentation, delivery confirmation, and other evidence to the payment processor or financial institution handling the dispute.
